I believe LEARNING MATTERS. I am a Certified Training and Development Professional™ (CTDP) with over 25 years of experience in enhancing the performance of individuals and organizations. I am currently an Instructor in the Leadership Certificate at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
I hold a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.
I believe COMMUNITY MATTERS. I am a current Board member of the York Region Children's Aid Society and the Canadian Community of Corporate Educators. I am also a former chair of the Vaughan Public Libraries Board.

Member of the Board of Directors responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of the agency. Works to keep children safe and families together. Serves as a member of the Risk Oversight Committee as well as a Director on the Board.
Board Member and Director of Technology at Canadian Community of Corporate Educators (CCCE)

Responsible for recommending and maintaining the technical platforms utilized by the CCCE, providing input at Board meetings, and participating in sharing knowledge about the blend of education and technology.

Provided leadership in setting policies and strategic direction for library services for residents and businesses in Vaughan. Served as Chair of the Board from 2011 - 2015 and as Vice-Chair from 2007 - 2010.

Empowers Grade 7 students to make smart financial choices by providing financial literacy training through the annual delivery of the Junior Achievement's Dollars with Sense workshop.
